FAQs

  • Both are great options, but it just depends on what works best for you! The Bundles are great if you need more flexibility with your schedule because you can use as many lessons as you want per month. On the other hand, the Subscriptions are ideal for those students that don’t want to think about repurchasing their Bundles every month or so and also know that they will have a more consistent schedule.

  • Hmmm, probably not. If you don’t see any openings that work for you on my schedule, it may be because I already have classes booked with other students! However, it doesn’t hurt to reach out via email or DM to ask in case I have a last-minute cancellation!

  • Nope! I will help correct and ENHANCE your writing, but I will not completely rewrite it for you. Why? This sets you up for failure later when you are required to write your own essay in university. Also, it’s cheating!

  • Also nope! Having TOEFL lessons with me a few times a week is not enough to get you a perfect score on the TOEFL (any teacher that says otherwise isn’t telling the truth). In order to get your optimal score, YOU have to put in the work outside of class, too! We will work together to create a study plan that fits with your schedule to help you get the best score possible.

  • Sorry, but nope! I am specialized in helping students with the TOEFL exam, not the IELTS (some parts of the two exams are actually quite different). While I can definitely help you with the fundamentals of English to prepare you for the IELTS exam, I am unable to provide you with the specific techniques necessary to excel on that English test. However, I have dabbled in the Duolingo and Cambridge exam, so you can reach out via email or DM if you’d like more information about how I can help you on those tests.

  • No. The purpose of my writing corrections classes is to provide feedback and "mini-lessons" throughout the reviewing/correction process so that the student can learn about how to avoid the same mistakes in the future. By correcting someone else's writing without them attending the lesson, it robs them of the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and improve their writing in the future.
